We did some review of adding and subtracting polynomials on whiteboards today.
Announcement: Test 4 on Polynomials (language of math, add and subtract) on Jan 15, 2019 Tuesday during class time. Puzzle 23: Sequencing Cards We did some review before the quiz today. Quiz 3 completed today. We also went to a holiday celebration at the foods room.
Puzzle: none due to quiz. Today we looked at subtracting polynomials. We discussed that subtraction is like adding the opposite of the polynomial being subtracted. Today we used algebra tiles to model more addition examples. And then, we talked about what is opposite of a polynomials and how it is related to doing polynomials subtraction.
